I believe the condition of Thomas Creek on my property at 361 Cold Springs Church Rd has been harmed by biosolids application at 447 Watagua Rd, Bristol TN under Permit TNB023531. Loss of aquatic life (minnows, mussels, crawdads) has occurred over past few years as biosolids applications has increased. Biosolids have been placed at times without appropriate dispersion, including a pile 4 ft deep x 80 ft long within 50 ft of the creek. The volume of dump trucks (40 to 60 trucks over past 6 weeks with more to come) may exceed the permitted tonnage of biosolids for this property. Finally, the quality or volume of biosolids is causing me adverse health effects, leaving me further concerned for impacts to aquatic life in this creek and beyond. I request an investigation into the water pollution and quality and a response to my concerns about the volume, application methods, and quality / prior testing of the biosolids at 447 Watauga Rd.
