TDOT stated that there is so much mud on the highway that the center lines are obscured and citizens are complaining to the TDOT local maintenance office they cannot tell where the lanes are. Please investigate and take necessary corrective actions. I was surprised to receive this complaint considering all of the road cleaning I have witnessed at the project site. Please forward any photos that you take during your investigation. Thanks for your assistance. Dick Richard D.
