She explained that her husband had developed kidney stones and his doctor had advised her to get their water tested, though she did not know what to have it tested for. She had attempted to contact her water provider, Consolidated Utility District (CUD) PWSID#0000791, but was passed on to the State lab who passed her on to DWR. After talking to her and determining she did not know what to have the water tested for I offered to provide her with the water hardness information from CUD for December 2013. She accepted and requested I mail her the information, which I did. She also inquired about flushing the fire hydrant on her street. I advised her to call CUD and request they test her water and flush the hydrant. MPM31-JAN-14 I talked with Randy Harrell at CUD he had recieved a call from the complainant, and had visited her residence on 30-JAN-14. During his site visit he spoke with her about the water hardness and flushing activity in her area. While on site he also flushed the fire hydrant on her street and the blowoff at the end of the line. Mr. Harrell offered to take a sample of her water to be analised but she refused. Mr. Harrell said she seemd satisfied with the flushing. MPM30-Jan-14 Spoke With Mrs. Tibbs regarding the information MPM was sending her and suggested that if she wanted more information for her doctor the water system was required to provide her with any requested chemical analysis. Advised if she had trouble getting info from them to let us know and she could get it form the NFO. TAK
