He investigated the complaint and did not find any sewage overflow. SKV contacted Ms. Scism on 8/26/14 who said that she cannot sit on her back deck because of the odor/fumes from her residence's pump station. She also said that bubbling occurs when the tank pumps and the fumes then come into her house. No sewage came out from the tank per Ms. Scism. She also contacted the Baileyton City Hall three weeks ago. SKV gave Ms. Scism the Baileyton WWTP phone number and informed her to contact Mr. Danny Neeley, WWTP Operator. SKV also informed Ms. Scism that she would contact Mr. Neeley. SKV left Mr. Neeley a voice mail with Ms. Scism's complaint on 8/27/14. Mr. Neeley left SKV a voice mail on 8/28/14 saying that Baileyton WWTP personnel had investigated Ms. Scism's complaint on the morning of 8/28/14 and found no odor or sewage overflows. The float levels were lowered in the pump station so that the pumps will come on quicker.
