There were no dead fish pass drive way to Nash dairy. 3-16-2016 TEG/JCA met with TWRA at Nash dairy and determined that Nash had followed his nutrient management plan. However, there were several drainages in the spray area in field 6 that need to be removed from the land application area. The spraying done in these areas appear to be the cause of the fish kill. A NOV will be sent requiring Mr. Nash to re-evaluate his NMP.
