Sandra Vance (SKV) left Mr. Danny Neely, Baileyton WWTP a voice mail on 12-28-16 about the pump station problem. Mr. Neely contacted SKV on 12-29-16 and advised that the float switch that controls the pump had been replaced. The pump station was fully operational and no overflow occurred. Mr. Neely also indicated that the Baileyton WWTP had not been contacted about the pump station. SKV informed Ms. McLain on 12-29-16 that the pump station had been repaired and gave her the Baileyton WWTP phone number.
