Notes
TDEC staff Caleb Mackey and Virginia Lawrence were on-site when the complaint was received and investigated immediately. The issue was not occurring while staff were on site (the compliant video was reportedly taken the day prior), but staff observed an area near the entrance that needed addiitonal rock armoring. This request was made of the permittee while on site and included in the inspection report (see inspection report document dated 9/3/24). Complainant advised on 9/6/24 and provided copy of inspection report.
