Notes
In compliance. Inspection in response to complaint of turbid water run off, but no discharge was occurring at the time of the inspection. An adequate splash pad has been added to the outflow pipe. Mining activity is complete on this site, so the site has been regraded and seeded. The seed is establishing well, but more growth is needed before the site is released. The silt fence needs to be repaired near SW1 and SW2.
