Inspection of the 421 Plant was conduced on 10/10/2024. The inspection report was sent to the appropriate contact for the 421 Plant on 10/15/2024. The Johnson city environmental field office was also updated on 10/15/2024. Due to the circumstances from Hurricane Helene, no NOV will be issued but the waste material must be cleaned out of the stream within 30 days.
