Facility was inspected on April 13, 2022. Site is inactive. Outfall 002 was not discharging at the time of inspection. Outfall 001 was discharging. Outfall 001 in field data: temp 16.53°Cm pH 8.35, conductivity 860 us/cm, HDO 9.63 mg/L. The discharge was clear. All ponds and ditches were maintained and operating properly.
