In compliance.
All waste water on site is draining to the sediment basin at outfall 001. Outfall 001, SW1, and SW2 are well maintained and in correct locations indicated on the approved site plans. Outfall 001 was receiving wastewater but not discharging while staff were on site.
Since the latest plans have been submitted, Summer Taylor Materials has constructed the Jefferson City Concrete Plant on the southeast side of the permit area under TMSP Permit TNG110496. The company was using water on the site to wash off their trucks and water was going into holding ponds.
