In compliance. The facility was not active and no discharge was occurring at the time of the inspection. Mining activity is complete on this site and the site has been regraded and a permanent pond constructed as part of the final grade. A splash pad is recommended for the outflow pipe to prevent erosion from occurring and provide sediment stabilization during a discharge event. The site is in the process of being sold, and a follow up inspection will be needed once the site has been vegetated.
