The site was deemed in compliance with the following notes:
- It is recommended that the outfall be moved to the point of discharge (fissure in the highwall) during the next NPDES permit renewal in 2029.
- Discharges into the fissure should be sampled and reported in NetDMR as Outfall 001 and are subject to NPDES permit limits.
- It is recommended to visually inspecting the quarry during substantial rain events to determine the flow of water in the quarry pit.
