Notes
Cheryl Ward, David Gavin, and Kurt Lehmkuhl of Old Hickory Clay Company met TDEC inspector, Morgan Bishop, on site on September 4, 2024 for an inspection as part of the NPDES permit renewal. The facility was active and the facility was deemed in compliance. The additional 2.5 acres being added to the permit boundary consists of an open field area. No discharge was occurring at the time of the inspection.
