This coal mine is being reclaimed by Liberty Management, LLC. The existing highwall is being backfilled and graded. Drainage from the disturbed area is routed to the treatment pond at Outfall 001. Neither Outfall 001 or 002 were discharging at the time of inspection.
This facility was in compliance with the terms and conditions of the NPDES permit.
