Site appears to meet conditions for termination. Outfall 001 was not discharging at the time of inspection. There is some stormwater drainage/erosion occurring on the site, but it’s well contained. The site perimeter is lined with berms. Some material has deposited at the base of the longer haul road at the corner of Thompson Rd and Hwy 12, it was difficult to differentiate the deposited material from the existing gravel pull off.
