Asked to: remove the sediment that has accumulated in the stream down to the native stream bed material; install log drop structures intermittently throughout the stream as well as a check dam at the end of the stream; seed the area with a wetland seed mix; provide a letter stating why the sediment loss occurred and how it will be prevented in the future. This should include how floats or other devices will be installed on pumps to prevent sediment uptake; provide photos once these modifications have occurred. NOV was issued. Everything solved 10-21-24.
