This site was found out of compliance. The facility has been consistently reporting "no discharge" since July 2021 while sediment has been allow to discharge from outfall 001 for approximately 200 ft outside of the permitted boundary with impacts to potential aquatic resources. A Notice of Violation is being drafted and will be issued alongside the inspection report.
