Site inactive at time of inspection. Recent rain in area. Clear discharge occurring at Outfall 002. No discharge at Outfalls 001, 003. The remaining outfalls (previously under the separate Claiborne permit) are not constructed at this time. All drainage is well controlled. No problems noted.
