NARRATIVE STATEMENT:
On March 22, 2021 Jennifer Dulin and Angela Oberschmidt of the Division of Water Resources (DWR) conducted a compliance inspection at the above referenced facility. They met with Mr. James Brown and Mr. Brandon Myers, both provided information during the inspection. All activity is performed within the permitted boundary.
Monthly Discharge Monitoring Reports (DMRs) are submitted electronically to NetDMR. Three years of reports were reviewed following the inspection. All DMRs were marked no discharge.
Inspectors observed Quarry Site I and II. Structural controls and BMPs appeared adequate. No pollutants were observed leaving the site.
Inspectors observed permitted wastewater Outfall DMP 001. Ponded liquid was visible at the outfall. The ponded liquid was clear and did not contain any visible floating solids, scum, foam, or sheens. The outfall was not discharging during the inspection.
