Notes
Investigating complaint of leaking treatment ponds. Inspected ponds 007, 008 and 009 (engineering certifications received on June 6, 2018 from Cannon & Cannon, Inc.). No obvious evidence of leakage, however, there was not much water in any of the ponds due to a lack of rainfall in the last week or more. The pond levels will be rechecked after significant rainfall is received, and for sometime thereafter, to determine if there is abnormal water loss. Complainant notified of inspection results by phone. He appreciated our response.
