TDEC inspectors Becky Lenz, Bonnie Craighead, and Daniel Lawrence met with Mr. Curtiss LaPointe on site to conduct a site inspection. BMPs were in place and maintained. The outfalls were monitored and only Outfalls 001 and 002 were discharging at the time of inspection. Samples from the outfalls were taken and shipped to the State Laboratory in Nashville for TSS analysis. Outfall 001 had 7.8 pH and Outfall 002 had 7.8 pH also at the time of inspection.
This site is in compliance. The TSS was analyzed below detection and effluent limitations
