TDEC inspectors conducted an investigation to see where the sediment may be coming from that pops out in the stream across the street from the facility. The investigation resulted from a complaint that the stream was cloudy. TDEC inspectors noted that there was some sediment popping out at the same location as previous inspections showed; however, it appeared to be somewhat less. This may be due to it not raining during the time of inspection. A drone was used to fly over the site to look at the aerial view. Possible dye tracing to be discussed with the operator.
