Notes
Inspection in response to the violation sent July 29, 2021 notifying Kopper Glo Mining, LLC of selenium exceedances in the discharge at Refuse area 2. At the time of inspection there was no evidence of treatment system maintenance or additional chemical treatment being utilized to address the selenium exceedances since the last inspection on November 12, 2020. Outfall 001 was discharging at the time of inspection.
