A partial site inspection was conducted on August 9, 2021. This facility’s NPDES permit expired on January 31, 2021. Discharges without permit coverage were documented occurring at Outfall 003 at the time of inspection. It is a violation of the NPDES permit Part II, D. Liabilities, 3. Liability to Obtain Required Permits, the Tennessee Water Quality Control Act of 1977, Tenn. Code Ann. § 69-3-108(b), and Rules of the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation 0400-40-05-.7 (2)(a) &(b) to discharge from this facility without the appropriate permits.
