Notes
Overall, the site was in good condition and there was no discharge from any of the outfalls at the time of the inspection.
However, a few problem areas came to light.
-There was evidence of sediment-laden water in the stream off the northeast corner of the site, so the areas that discharge to DMPs 002 and 003 need to be checked to make sure they are stable or otherwise under control. I realize that you are opening up this final section of Rosenburg and the extreme NE part of Duke, so all the more reason to be aggressive in managing your Erosion and Sediment Control measures as you get started in that location.
-There was evidence of sediment-laden water in the stream off the southeast corner of the site, so please make sure that the southern outslopes of Rosenburg are stabilized.
-The outslopes off the southwest corner of Crenshaw were not stable, so make sure that these are stabilized.
Recommend follow-up inspection to confirm these areas have been stabilized.
