Notes
This inspection was conducted as a routine inspection to check on the outfalls and treatment structures. Treatment structures and BMPs were functioning properly at the time of inspection. All 3 outfalls were observed and not discharging at the time of inspection. 003 was noted as not conducted in the previous inspection. This outfall will only discharge if the water exceeds the high berms around the pond. There is no formal spillway or pipe installed.
The site is in compliance at the time of inspection.
