Complete NPDES sampling inspection. The site was active and mine wastewater was being pumped through the treatment system and discharging at Outfalls 001 and 003. All treatment structures appeared to be properly operating and as depicted in the site plan. Stormwater drainage at the facility appeared to be properly managed and all out-slopes were properly stabilized. No issues were noted with the site or treatment system. Discharge samples were collected and the site was in compliance with NPDES effluent limits. Site was in compliance.
