Complete NPDES sampling inspection. The site was active and mine wastewater was being pumped through the treatment system and discharging at Outfall 001. All treatment structures appeared to be properly operating and as depicted in the site plan. Stormwater drainage at the facility appeared to be properly managed and all out-slopes were properly stabilized. No issues were noted with the site or treatment system and the discharge sample results were within the permit discharge limits. The site was determined to be in compliance with the NPDES program.
