Pond 1 and 6 were discharging at the time of inspection. Pond 6 has beaver activity in both cells, impounding the flow of water. Pond 2 also has beaver activity impounding the pipe and rock lined emergency spillway. The sump along Norma Road is innundated with material, and material is accumulating along the ditch from the sump and into pond 6. Pond 7 is instable with cracks forming along the embankment along with the outside of the embankment shelving off. Pond 7 was retaining water at the time of inspection. Maintenance action needed on pond 2, 6, 7, and the sump at Norma Road. This NPDES permit is expired and discharges are not authorized.
