Discharge Monitoring Reports (DMR's) submitted using the NetDMR electronic reporting system. Discharges reported from Outfall 001 have been in compliance, there has been no discharges reported from Outfalls 002,003, or SW1, SW2. The permit has been modified to reflect an additional 23 acres to bring he permitted total acreage to 156.0. Pit water is pumped into Pond 1 at Outfall 001. Spoils in area 5 have been hydroseeded, a filter berm and diversion berm is located at bottom of the slope to divert stormwater into Pond 3.Berms are well maintained along haul road and processing plant road. BMP's are being employed in Areas 1,3 and 5 to ensure runoff from these areas does not impact Rials Branch.
