This facility was inspected on December 13, 2023 by TDEC inspectors Daniel Lawrence, Bonnie Craighead, Logan Kennedy, Emily Bonts, and Trent Riley, along with Vulcan staff Brandon Myers and Jimmy Denton. This site is an inactive construction sand and gravel mine. At the time of inspection, all berms, ponds, and BMPs were constructed and maintained. The site has a stream running through the property (excluded from the permit area). Three culverted stream crossings are constructed on site. These crossings are maintained, and vegetated berms are constructed to convey water to the treatment pond at Outfall 001. Outfall 001 was discharging at the time of inspection. The discharge was clear. This facility is in compliance with the NPDES permit.
