Permit has been modified since the previous inspection with the addition of Outfall 002 for dewatering the quarry pit without having to put a pipe across Goose Creek. A new rock berm structure has been constructed at the outfall to Goose Creek since the previous inspection. The discharge occurring during the inspection was from pit dewatering and was clear with no color contrast in the receiving stream. Discharge Monitoring Reports (DMR's) submitted in NetDMR since the previous inspection were reviewed. The review indicated that there has been no discharges reported from Outfall 002,003. Discharges reported from Outfall 001 have been in compliance with the permit limits. Berms are well maintained and BMP's are being implemented as needed. There was no mining activity taking place on the day of the inspection. The site is as shown on the site layout and drainage map.
