Notes
Drive by inspection to assess loss of material off site at entrances. Substantial deposits were seen at both the front and side entrances to the site. An area where stockpiled material was overtopping a perimeter berm was noticed, as well. The permittee will be asked to provide solutions to minimize loss of material in the future.
Returned to Compliance 9/21. Reestablished berm and removed overtopped sediment. Proposed plan to reduce sediment loss at entrances.
