Notes
Full inspection of the site. Site was active and discharge was occurring at Outfall 001. All drainage was properly managed with ditches, sumps, ponds and BMPs. Outslopes that drain towards the Duck River were well vegetated and all berms were in place. Drainage for area where clearing and striping was occurring was draining towards Pond 2. The paths to Outfalls 003 and 004 were overgrown and it was difficult to access the outfalls. Recommend the facility clear these paths so it is easier to monitor these outfalls. Site was in compliance.
