NPDES Permit has expired,but release was requested last year and could not be granted. Vegetation has thickened, and only smaller bare areas/steeper than 3:1 slope remain.
Discussed site with Bruce Ragon on 8-30-10; we concluded site poses no safety/environmental threats and permit termination is appropriate.
