Vegetation is well established and qualifies for release.Permit renewal has been slowed due to impaired status of receiving stream. Reclaimed acreage must be released stabilized and released before mining can progress further. No active mining during past 5 quarters Tim Collins stated during inspection, demand slow due to drop in housing market .
