Mr. Dave Sutherland with J.R. Hayes Construction Company submitted photos and a brief description of work done to correct violations on Monday November 30, 2015 and Thursday December 3, 2015. Conveyance from Outfall 1 now has rip rap. Disturbed areas from placement of rip rap were sown and strawed. Inlet protection has been rebuilt around culvert located on north side of haul road near Outfall 3. Slope has been sown and strawed. However more BMPs are needed on area disturbed by landowner. Ditch that had formed on north side of haul road from settlement pond 8 has been filled in with rip rap. Disturbed area around ditch has been sown and strawed. Gully that had formed as a result of stormwater run-off from haul road near conveyor line has been closed off and the road has been re-graded so that stormwater run-off stays on the permitted area. Berm has been sown and strawed.
