Visited facility with Gregg Overstreet to review Revised HD Determination submitted as a part of the renewal/modification application. During the visit I looked at an area of the site to see if it could currently drain to the proposed location of treatment pond 002. This area of the site currently slopes away from the proposed location of treatment pond 002. A seep coming from treatment basin 001 was also still present as indicated in the August 31, 2016 Inspection Report by KFO mining staff. A renewal/modification application has been submitted for the facility; however, it is currently incomplete.
