Notes
Pump line that supplies water from settling pond to dust suppression is leaking. Water is flowing from leak into Roan Creek and causing noticeable color contrast in receiving stream.
03/27/18: Conversation with Sean Mackey of Maymead Materials. Leak has been fixed and faulty equipment repaired. Mr. Mackey will be holding a discussion during all hands staff meeting on 03/30/18 to have staff notify him of any overflows, bypasses, or abnormal discharges in the future.
