Inspection in response to permit renewal application. DPL visited site to determine current conditions. Existing site conditions do not match current approved plan, updated site plan has been requested. Overall disturbed acreage is 42 acres, less than the permitted 49.82 acres. Updated plan will need revised boundary shape and location of treatment basins. No problems noted with the site. All drainage controlled and directed to treatment basins. Clear discharge observed from Outfall 001. No deposits in receiving stream or spillways of either outfall.
