Inspection with Dan Murray and Logan kennedy. 001 discharging during inspection. Stream crossing to NE side of mine was impounding flow of an unnamed tributary. Culvert appears to be blocked and must be repaired or replaced. Broken berm noted at this location which was allowing an unpermitted storm water discharge, must also be repaired. NOV to be sent.
