Site is not active. This facility has been mined out and is in reclamation.
The site has been sloped and seeded but additional vegetation is needed before release could be given. Several rills and gullies have formed. The drainage from the areas where the rills and gullies have formed drain to the former mine void which will be left as a pond. The rills and gullies need to be stabilized.
DMP 22.01 was not discharging at time of inspection. DMRs have been submitted as required and are In Compliance.
