Notes
The facility was not in operation at the time of the inspection. All excavation to date was within the area of Phase 1/Basin C. No ground disturbance was observed in the southern portions of the site (Phase 1/Basin B area) or east of the Rocky Branch Tributary that transects the site flowing south to north (Phase 1/Basin A area). No process water discharges to Outfalls DMP001, DMP002, or DMP003. No issues noted with excavating equipment or other equipment on the site. Haul road drainage controlled internally through basins. Need to improve the site egress to Bringle Road to prevent track-out/runoff into the roadway. Recommend that a gate be installed at the entrance to deter random access since haul roads are not bermed internally. Otherwise, the facility appeared to be in compliance with the NPDES Permit.
