The facility was in compliance with the NPDES permit. This facility has not chemically treated the pond during the previous permit cycle. The field parameters indicate that water at this facility is approaching background conditions. Some iron precipitate is visible at the inlet of the pond but has significantly decreased over time. The majority of the pond was clear. This site does not have the reasonable potential to violate any in-stream water quality criteria. This facility is suitable for NPDES permit termination, if requested.
