Notes
Facility was not active at time of inspection. Facility has not been active in several years. All drainage appears to be controlled through basins or BMPs. I did observe a discharge at Outfall 002. The discharge water appeared clear at the time of inspection. The water in the basins appeared clear. Facility needs to make sure outfalls are monitored for discharge and are sampled as required by their NPDES permit even though it is not currently active.
