Partial Inspection conducted to see if site is ready for release and termination of permit.

Site was not stable. There were numerous gullies that have formed and are still actively eroding. There was also a large area that primarily had rye grass growing on it. The rye grass has turned brown and is dying. There was not much other vegetation growing in this area. Facility indicated a mixture of rye, fescue, and clover was used but rye grass was the only thing that came up good. The drainage from the gullies is directed into the treatment pond.

Facility is going to submit for 3 year reclamation permit as soon as possible.
