This facility was inspected on October 12, 2020. Pond 007 has a crack on the crest of the embankment approximately two feet deep and one hundred feet wide. The permittee should continue to monitor pond 007 and notify the division of any changes. The sediment trap at Norma road is inundated with sediment. As per the NPDES permit it is the responsibility of the permittee to maintain treatment structures. The sediment trap should be cleaned out by November 19, 2020.
Pond 006 was discharging at outfall 003. The discharge was turbid, which might be caused by the accumulation of material in the sediment trap and ponds.
