Notes
Refuse Area 2 was inspected on November 12, 2020. Standing water accumulated in the sump and ditches at the entrance to the facility. It’s recommended that the permittee monitor this area and either pump out the water as necessary or correct the drainage pattern to prevent sump overflow and stormwater discharge outside of the permitted area. There is a small window in the berm along the northeast side of the facility that needs to be removed. Riprap at spillway 001 has eroded, exposing underlying soil to erosion. The spillway needs to be relined with riprap.
As of 12/16/2020 the spillway has been repaired.
Please perform these BMP maintenance requirements by December 16, 2020.
