Notes
The weir dam abutments at the north end in the central control ditch had been repaired and both pumps were in working order, DMP001 was not discharging at the time of the inspection. Sediment previously observed on Gratitude Church Road near the conveyor crossing into Area 1 had been cleaned up and additional rock had been added to the entrances. Overall, the site was in compliance with its NPDES Permit and its Surface Mining Permit.
